At Sta-Cool Pty Ltd, we take great care to ensure that every order is supplied correctly and meets our quality standards.

Sun Protection Wear

Due to the nature of our sun protection wear and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or unwanted items once purchased.

Please check our sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Branded Orders

Custom-made, printed, embroidered or branded products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or have been supplied incorrectly by Sta-Cool.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at stacy@stacoolbasics.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item where applicable.

We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund, where appropriate and in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
