Refund policy

At Sta-Cool Pty Ltd, we take great care to ensure that every order is supplied correctly and meets our quality standards.

Change of Mind Returns (7 days)

Under the ECTA cooling-off period, you may return unused items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Incorrect Size – Sun Protection Wear

If the size of your sun protection wear is incorrect, we're happy to exchange it for a different size, subject to stock. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of receipt.

Please check our sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are always for the customer's account. If you'd prefer to drop off your garments in person, please email lisa@stacoolbasics.com to make arrangements.

Custom & Branded Orders

Custom-made, printed, embroidered or branded products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or have been supplied incorrectly by Sta-Cool.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at stacy@stacoolbasics.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item where applicable.

We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund, where appropriate and in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
