Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the following must apply:
• The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unworn, unwashed, unused, unstained, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• The garment shows no signs of wear or damage.

For hygiene reasons, items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Due to the nature of base layer garments, all sales are final. Once an exchange (if approved) has been processed, the replacement item cannot be returned or exchanged again.
